What’s the catch?!

You might be thinking, “hold on, what’s the catch?” Well, there’s honestly none!

Our family-managed business prefers to host your beautiful wedding, even if our profit margin is small, rather than having our team sitting at home watching Bargain Hunt!

We hold transparency and clarity close to our heart, which is why when we say ANY date is available, we mean it. Be it a Saturday, Bank Holidays, or School Holidays, if the date is open, it’s yours at this unbeatable price!

And guess what? There are no hidden costs! Unlike some venues, we won’t charge you an extra £100 to slice your own Wedding Cake, £150 to switch on some lights, or £500 for a “ceremony fee” (you only pay for your registrars, you don’t have to pay us any extra for marrying onsite, pinning on bridal parties buttonholes, making sure you’re at the right place at the right time or playing all you ceremony music – it’s all included!). There are no unexpected costs, we promise! Oh, and this price includes VAT too. Isn’t that great?

Any dates you may have previously seen that are now missing, means they have had a deposit paid upon and a couple somewhere is getting ready for their best day ever!

From start to finish the wedding process was fantastic, if we could have our day there again we would.

Jo, Gem and the team made everything so easy, we didn’t have to worry about anything.

The venue is beautiful with its characterful barn, gorgeous gardens and the food and service is just amazing, they even sorted the cake, the sweet cart, the decorations, the DJ, it took so much stress away.

We hadn’t been engaged very long, but on a bit of a whim, I decided to take Debbie to a Wedding Fayre at The Hundred House (tbh I just thought it would get me into Debs good books for the day!)

Gem at The Hundred House was our planner; She ensured every detail was perfect from start to finish. We only required 2 meetings and a few emails; it all went seamlessly thanks to Gem.

When the day finally arrived, it couldn’t have been or gone any better! We never had to worry about a thing, everything had been done and planned exactly how we’d wished.

The food was out of this world, the Wedding cake was perfect and the staff were just brilliant; they made us both feel like we were the most important couple and couldn’t do enough for us both.

All in all, after just 5 Months of planning, the day and venue were Magical.

When we first contacted The Hundred house about booking our wedding we had thought September, giving us 7 months to plan, but they had last minute availability for a Saturday in May that we could not refuse, giving us 3 months to plan.

Gem and the team were really calm and knowledgeable about all the steps we had to take which made it so much easier for us. The Hundred house can sort and supply pretty much everything you need, cake, DJ, Decorations etc. They had everything totally sorted. We had very little to bring with us, reducing the amount we had to stress over.

We wouldn’t change a thing about the planning, it was short and sweet! It actually helped with some of the decision making too as we didn’t have time to overthink anything.

Compare Venue Prices

In order to get the “true cost” of the venues you’ve shortlisted, you really need a spreadsheet!

Yes, we know it’s not sexy, but what venues include in their price fluctuates so wildly, so it’s the only way to compare the total cost.

To help with this we have created a list of all the things we include in our packages, along with a few extra columns for other venues you may have also shortlisted.

Check what’s included at your other fav venues (asking this question will also avoid potentially getting stung later too!), get your quotes together, input the information on the spreadsheet and hey presto, you’ll have a clear idea of comparisons.

We recommend viewing and saving on a PC/laptop rather than a phone, no ones eye sight is that good, lol!

Micro Weddings…

Should your numbers fall under our package numbers, then fear not! We offer bespoke quotes for Monday to Wednesday Weddings.

If you’d like a Thursday, we can still offer a bespoke quote based on your numbers, however as we believe in total transparency, we do require a minimum spend.

Please speak to our Wedding Manager, Gemma, on how to achieve this by adding on extras such as Canapes, Wedding Cake, upgrade food choices etc and we’ll provide you with a detailed quote so you can explore all the options.
