We’ve put together a whole host of FAQ’s (frequently asked questions), as we understand just how many questions must be whizzing through your mind at the moment and so many Venues do things differently!
We believe in total transparency, so we hope that these documents will give you the answers to all those burning questions!
Should you book with us we unlock even more, to help you along the way with planning, recommended suppliers and handy documents to download and forward to your guests, photographer etc. So if you wake up at 3 am worrying about what time you should put on your invites – don’t worry, we’ve got it covered! 🙂

Terms & Conditions
Believing in total transparency means that we won’t let you pay us a penny until you’ve read, understood and had time to question anything you’re unsure of before paying your deposit!
We even offer a 10 day cooling off period, so if you’ve changed your mind for whatever reason, within 10 days of paying your deposit, just let us know.
We have 2 different T&C’s (both below), as the payment terms & cancellation policy are different, should you be booking your Wedding with less than 10 months to go until your big day.
Simply click whichever option applies to you – “10 months or less until your Wedding” or “Over 10 months until your Wedding” and hey presto, you can read through them at your own leisure!
It’s all “common sense stuff” but if you need any clarification whatsoever, just call or email us, we want you to be 100% happy before you say “I do” to us!
